Dear Soul, In a generation of instant, no matter your age or cohort, we have come to expect NOW to mean there is no delayed gratification for anything.  Unfortunately, that is a misconception because if we press the buzzer to cross a busy street, we still have to wait or we come of statistic of road kill after wondering aimlessly without care or perhaps haste into life's traffic and oncoming buzz of a social media frenzies or truly so busy we dismiss the need to stop, look, listen and then choose an action. When life and our minds get so busy it is time to like that hand signal, stop, look, listen and then with forethought and mindfulness make a choice that causes action.  An action that will rejuvenate our souls, restore our hearts and reframe our minds.  This is my moment to create a resolve to rest, renew and re-create a new beginning, soul, heart and mind.
